Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics processes
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Provide updates and information regarding shipments and delivery schedules
• Gather customer feedback to assist in process improvement initiatives
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of logistics services

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is a plus
