French-Speaking Customer Support for Imperial - Work from Home in Greece

In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our French-speaking clients, helping them navigate their inquiries and providing solutions that enhance their experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat channels
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide insights and feedback to help improve our processes and customer satisfaction
• Participate in training to remain updated with product offerings and company policies

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from home
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
