Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries about high-end products, orders, and services
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our luxury product offerings and brand values
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in luxury retail
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the luxury retail sector
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
• A patient and professional demeanor when handling inquiries
• Proficiency in customer support tools and platforms
• Passion for luxury products and personal care
