Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional assistance to our French-speaking clients as they navigate their automotive insurance needs and claims processes. Your ability to communicate effectively in French will be crucial in ensuring that customers receive the support and guidance they require during this important time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to automotive insurance policies and claims procedures
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions
• Educate customers on their insurance coverage and claims options
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the insurance or automotive industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
