Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sustainability & Green Energy Company. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sustainable energy solutions and environmentally-friendly products.
Your fluency in French will be essential in guiding clients through their questions about products, services, and sustainability initiatives, ultimately fostering a positive customer experience while promoting our commitment to a greener future.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding sustainability and green energy inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding product benefits, service offerings, and eco-friendly practices
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to improve our sustainability efforts and product offerings
• Stay informed about developments in the green energy sector and sustainable practices
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainability and green energy
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or energy sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in environmental issues and helping customers adopt sustainable practices
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
