Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Subscription-Based Services team. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to our subscription services.
Your fluency in French will be critical as you guide clients through the sign-up process, assist with account management, and handle any questions or challenges they may encounter while using our services. By delivering high-quality customer care, you will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
• Deliver top-notch customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding subscription inquiries
• Assist customers with subscription sign-up, billing inquiries, and account management
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the product and technical support teams to address customer needs
• Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service offerings
• Stay updated on service features and promotions to help inform customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience, preferably in subscription-based services or similar industries
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
• Genuine interest in subscription services and enhancing customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
