Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Social Media Platform. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking users, assisting them with their inquiries related to the platform’s features, safety, and community guidelines.
Your fluency in French will be crucial as you help users navigate their experiences, offering solutions and guidance to ensure a positive interaction with the social media platform. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing user satisfaction and fostering a vibrant online community.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for user inquiries related to the social media platform
• Assist users with account issues, privacy settings, and feature queries
• Resolve complaints and address concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the moderation and technical support teams to tackle complex issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the platform’s user experience
• Stay updated on platform features and developments to provide accurate information
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user experience
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in social media or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in social media, online communities, and digital communication
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
