Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Recruitment Platform, 'Work In Greece'. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking users, assisting them with inquiries related to job placements and recruitment services.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you help clients navigate our platform, respond to queries about available positions, and provide insights on the recruitment process in Greece. Your exceptional customer service skills will directly contribute to enhancing user satisfaction and streamlining their job search experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for job seekers and employers
• Assist users in creating profiles, searching for job opportunities, and understanding the application process
• Provide information on recruitment trends and employment laws in Greece
• Document user interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with the recruitment team to address client inquiries and feedback
• Gather and relay user feedback to improve platform functionalities
• Stay updated on job market trends and changes within the recruitment industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, particularly in recruitment or employment services, is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in helping others with their job search and career development
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
