Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Investment Platform, located in Greece. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our investment services and platforms.
Your fluency in French will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their investment options, explain platform features, and resolve any inquiries they may have regarding their accounts and investments. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and ensuring client satisfaction in their investment journey.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding the investment platform
• Assist clients with questions about account setup, investment options, and transaction processes
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive improvements in service and platform usability
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in investment products
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in finance or investment sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to process information accurately
• Interest in investments and finance, eager to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
