Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading HR & Payroll Software Provider based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide top-notch support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to HR and payroll software solutions.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you help customers navigate the software, address technical issues, and ensure they have a seamless experience with our products. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving the success of our client’s software offerings.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support in French through phone, email, and chat regarding HR and payroll software inquiries
• Assist clients with software setup, troubleshooting, and feature utilization
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and support customer needs
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and software functionality
• Stay updated on industry trends and software developments in HR and payroll
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer support, ideally in software or HR services, is preferred
• Able to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Interest in HR and payroll solutions, eager to help clients succeed
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
