Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Hotel Reservations Department based in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clientele, assisting them with their hotel bookings and inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Your fluency in French will be crucial as you guide customers through the reservation process, answer questions regarding hotel services, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will play a significant role in fostering strong relationships and enhancing our brand reputation in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations inquiries
• Assist clients with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings
• Stay informed about hotel promotions, services, and travel trends in Greece


Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer service, specifically in the hospitality or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
