Mercier Consultancy is excited to present an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Automotive Company, located in beautiful Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
Your fluency in French will be essential in helping clients understand product details, manage their orders, and address any concerns they may have. By delivering top-notch customer service, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and enhance the overall dealership experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding automotive inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding product specifications, pricing, and availability
• Manage order processing, returns, and customer complaints efficiently
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and product quality
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and product launches
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or retail industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passionate about cars and dedicated to providing excellent customer support
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
