Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Service Expert to join a leading online banking institution with an exciting opportunity for relocation to Greece. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level support to French-speaking customers of the online bank. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless banking experience for clients by providing timely and professional assistance.
Responsibilities
• Provide dedicated customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
• Resolve banking-related issues efficiently and accurately
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, and product enquiries
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service improvements and resolve complex cases
• Stay updated on product knowledge, banking regulations, and best practices
• Support the onboarding process for new clients and provide continuous assistance
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or fintech sector
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation package provided)
