Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a French-Speaking Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and expertise to our French-speaking clients as they explore and utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your insights will empower clients to make informed decisions and fully leverage the benefits of our technology.
As a consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges that may arise. Your dedication to client satisfaction will be crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring the successful adoption of our services.
Responsibilities
• Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain logs of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and developments
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
