In this vital role, you will provide essential support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them in optimizing their online payment processes to enhance their transactions and improve client experience.
Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service. Your commitment to helping clients navigate their payment solutions will be key in fostering trust and maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
• Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Effective troubleshooting of issues and provision of timely resolutions to clients
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records of support activities
• Collaborate with team members to address complex client issues and develop effective solutions
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in online payment technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Basic knowledge of online payment systems is beneficial but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive client support approach
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not essential
