Mercier Consultancy is looking for a French-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions
• Guide customers through Fitbit product features and usage
• Record and document customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
