Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Vehicle Manufacturer. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to vehicle models, specifications, orders, and after-sales service.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you communicate with clients, ensuring their questions are answered accurately and promptly. You will contribute to the company's reputation by delivering outstanding customer experiences in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in French regarding vehicle inquiries and support
• Assist customers with information on vehicle models, features, pricing, and availability
• Support order processing, delivery status, and after-sales service questions
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and company promotions
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Interest in vehicles and automotive technology is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is beneficial
