Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Logistics Delivery Company with relocation to Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of delivery-related inquiries.

Your proficiency in French will enable you to assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in French relating to logistics and delivery inquiries
• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery status, and scheduling
• Handle and resolve complaints or delivery issues promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements:
