Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented French Customer Service Representative to join our client's Fashion & Luxury Brand team, with relocation to Greece. In this prestigious role, you will provide excellent support to French-speaking customers, delivering a high level of service that reflects the brand's commitment to luxury and quality.
Your fluency in French and passion for fashion will enable you to assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support. You will be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty among discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
• Offer exceptional customer service in French regarding fashion and luxury brand products
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining the brand’s high standards
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, and marketing to enhance customer experiences
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product launches relevant to the brand
• Facilitate smooth relocation transition and integrate into the team based in Greece
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in customer service within the fashion, luxury, or retail sector is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands, with knowledge of industry trends
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous
