This role is based in Greece, with fully paid relocation provided. Join our vibrant team and play a vital role in ensuring our French-speaking customers receive outstanding service and support as they navigate our e-commerce platform.
As a French Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product and order information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in French through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, payments, and product information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Please specify your nationality and native language in your CV and/or cover letter.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses covered.
