Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Airline Booking Company, with relocation to Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers, managing airline bookings and assisting with travel-related inquiries.
Your fluency in French and passion for travel will enable you to deliver clear, professional assistance, ensuring customers experience smooth and hassle-free booking processes. Relocation to Greece offers an exciting chance to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment focused on travel and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in French handling airline booking inquiries
• Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and travel documentation
• Resolve booking issues and customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to ensure timely and correct bookings
• Keep up-to-date with airline policies and travel regulations to assist customers effectively
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer experience
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new work environment
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers have smooth booking experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
