French Content Moderator for Social Media Platform - Relocation to Greece

Mercier Consultancy is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Content Moderator to join our Social Media team located in Athens, Greece! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of user-generated content across our clients' social media platforms. Your fluency in French will be essential in managing and moderating content effectively to maintain a positive user experience.

As a Content Moderator, you will review posts, comments, and other user interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines, helping to foster engaging and safe online environments. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be key in managing the community and collaborating with the wider social media team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in French
• Ensure all content complies with community standards and brand policies
• Engage with users by addressing comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally
• Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content promptly
• Collaborate with social media team members to improve moderation strategies and user engagement
• Analyze user feedback and content trends to help optimize social media policies
• Stay updated on current social media trends and best moderation practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required
• Previous experience in social media content moderation or community management is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online community guidelines
• Passion for social media and commitment to fostering positive online communities
