Corridor is redefining product security with a new category: Agentic Coding Security Management (ACSM). We secure AI-generated code directly inside the development loop.
We’re an early-stage, fast-moving team with deep experience across AI, cybersecurity, and policy. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category from zero to one.
We’re looking for a Founding Marketing Director, someone who is exceptional at field marketing, thrives in ambiguity, and is ready to grow into a marketing leadership role (future VP Marketing) as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
Own and Build the Marketing Function
- Own the marketing strategy end-to-end from awareness to pipeline generation
- Build and manage the marketing budget and roadmap
- Hire and develop the early marketing team
- Partner closely with founders on positioning and go-to-market
Lead Field Marketing as a Core Growth Engine
- Own field marketing strategy and execution as the primary driver of pipeline
- Design and run executive dinners, roundtables, meetups, and events
- Partner with Sales to drive attendance and pipeline conversion
- Build repeatable event-to-revenue playbooks
- Experiment with new formats like VIP experiences and technical communities
Define and Amplify the Category Narrative
- Translate complex AI security concepts into clear messaging
- Own category positioning and brand voice
- Develop content to support field programs and storytelling
Run Content and Distribution
- Build and manage content across blog, social, video, and events
- Ensure content supports pipeline and brand
- Manage external contractors
Own Pipeline and Metrics
- Own top-of-funnel and pipeline contribution
- Track event ROI and conversion metrics
- Build feedback loops with Sales
- Continuously optimize performance
Who You Are
- 4–8 years of B2B marketing experience with strong field marketing background
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through events
- Experience in developer tools, cybersecurity, or SaaS preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong storytelling and execution skills
- Motivated to grow into a VP Marketing role
