We’re looking for exceptional Founding Engineers to help build and scale next-generation technology products from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for engineers who have thrived in multiple fast-paced startups, partnered closely with world-class founders, and helped transform early ideas into scalable, production-grade systems.

As a Founding Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of backend systems, fullstack development, and applied artificial intelligence, owning critical technical decisions that shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture. You’ll work closely with founders, product leaders, and early teams to build systems that are robust, scalable, and future-ready.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy high ownership, ambiguity, and the opportunity to influence both technology and company direction from day one.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end development of core product features across backend and frontend systems
• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures
• Contribute to and implement AI-driven features, including integrations with ML models, LLMs, or intelligent automation workflows
• Collaborate closely with founders and early leadership on technical vision, roadmap, and architecture decisions
• Build clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on reliability and performance
• Lead by example in engineering best practices, code quality, and system design
• Mentor early engineers and help establish a strong engineering culture as the team grows
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and infrastructure aligned with long-term scalability

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10 years of hands-on engineering experience, with meaningful time spent in early-stage or growth-stage startups
• Proven experience working with marquee founders and globally recognized VCs
• Strong expertise in backend development (APIs, databases, distributed systems, system design)
• Solid fullstack experience, including modern frontend frameworks and backend integrations
• Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence in real-world products (LLMs, ML APIs, AI pipelines, or data-driven systems)
• Ability to operate independently, make sound technical decisions, and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
