Job Description
DRYFT
Dryft builds artificial intelligence to automate complex human decisions in manufacturing operations
We’re a small, talent-dense team with modest roots and a love for the physical world - cars, machines, planes. Our team includes graduates from Stanford, Berkeley, & MIT, winners of Stanford TreeHacks, and builders of everything from robots and race cars to software with millions of downloads. A large majority of our team members were prior first employees at VC-backed startups and founders themselves.
We’re backed by General Catalyst & Neo, by the founders and leaders behind Amazon, Facebook, Stripe, Applied Intuition, & others, and by board members of global industrial companies.
We’re a no-bullshit, direct-feedback kind of team. People come to Dryft because they want to grow fast, with real responsibility.
THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll work directly with our CEO and CTO on the most important topics in the company from product and sales, to hiring, building a community & operations. While you’ll work across all these areas, you can expect to:
• Work with customers & engineering on product
• Build and automate scalable processes across GTM, product and engineering
• Shape and build the culture of our growing team (e.g., hosting our lego night)
• Own recruiting and candidate experience
• Support the CEO & CTO on cross-functional projects. Pick up high-leverage work across ops, eng, and GTM as it comes up - whatever the team needs most.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves to get things done, cares about unique experiences and solid foundations.
YOU
• Hands-on & resourceful - you have a founder’s mindset: you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen. Whether it’s a customer call, a product test, or a hiring setup, you jump in, find creative ways forward, and get things done.
• Professional & detail-obsessed - you earn trust with structure & reliability.
• Community builder.
• Systems thinker. You design processes that scale - in code, in operations, and in how people work. You think in data and automation.
• Prior experience at VC-backed startup, VC or top-tier consulting.
• Willingness to be onsite in SF 6 days/week, starting ASAP (we support visa).
