Anduril’s Strategic Financial Operations & Data Systems team serves as the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring the foundational systems are in place that drive business outcomes. ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Reporting Architect with extensive experience to join our Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM reporting tools and will be instrumental in driving the EPM financial reporting and analysis functions, guiding strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oracle EPM Reporting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Operations and Accounting, to create and support reporting for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Support Finance team’s reporting requirements utilizing tools like Oracle Narrative Reporting, EPM In-Built Financial Reporting Studio, Workiva, Power BI, SmartView

• Design and Build effective ETL processes integrating data from multiple source systems into EPM Platforms for enhance financial reporting capabilities

Oracle EPM Support

• Support day to day maintenance of different reporting Hierarchies and Data Models within Oracle EPM platform

• Automation of manual data loads using Data Management & EPM Automate tools

• Develop analytics and automations to drive insights into business trends and performance

• Standardizing end user training, create & maintain documentation on EPM Reporting

• Integrate EPM Data Models with Workiva Platform to support management reporting requirements

• Build and support Dashboard reporting capabilities using EPM hierarchies & modeling

• Experience with EDMCS is a plus

• Experience with HFM or FCCS is a plus

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle EPM suite of products

• Experience with ETL design, development of integrations for Oracle EPM solutions using FDMEE, EPM Automate

• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle database management and ability to write SQL queries

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI Reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field required

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e., Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Foundry)

• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range
$129,000—$171,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
