- Bi-lingual French/English required
- 4+ years of customer service experience

- Effective and accurate decision-making skills
- Preferred candidates will have experience in the hospitality, service and retail industries
- Flexibility on both day and evening schedules: weekend availability is required
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening
- Proficiency in keyboarding and navigating a windows environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
