Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist to support our clients by managing the back-end financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial modeling, analysis, and reporting while leveraging advanced tools to improve efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain advanced financial models to support decision-making for our clients.

Develop and enhance KPI dashboards and other performance tracking tools.

Automate manual processes in Excel, Power Query, and other platforms to improve efficiency.

Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Provide support with FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with the team to streamline financial workflows and optimize reporting structures.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, as needed, and identify opportunities for automation.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously.

Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.

Experience:

Strong accounting foundation with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling.

Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and tools like ChatGPT for automation and analysis.

Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient communicator with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
