About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical Product Manager – Finance Operations to help design, build, and launch financial products and partnerships that give our farmers access to credit and working capital.

You will work closely with our Head of Finance Operations to extend CrowdFarming’s financial ecosystem beyond payments and reconciliation — building new products, integrating external financing partners, and delivering scalable solutions that help farmers grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and drive the product roadmap for our marketplace payment flows between farmers, consumers, partners, from discovery and partnership design to launch and continuous improvement.

Design a scalable financial infrastructure that supports credit, multi currency and financing products across multiple EU and international markets.

Translate business goals and regulatory requirements into clear product strategies, user stories, and success metrics.

Product Execution & Delivery

Launch and manage partnerships with banks, fintech lenders, and financial institutions, building APIs, workflows, and operational processes to deliver credit solutions at scale.

Design end-to-end financing journeys for farmers — from eligibility, KYC, and application to approval, disbursement, and repayment — ensuring a frictionless user experience.

Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to implement new financing features while ensuring compliance, security, and traceability.

Deliver financial data flows and integrations that connect Stripe, ERP/FRP, lenders, and internal systems into a unified, auditable platform.

Automation, Scale & Innovation

Build automation into credit decisioning, risk assessment, and settlement workflows to minimize manual operations and improve scalability.

Define APIs, data models, and risk dashboards in collaboration with engineering and data teams.

Explore and pilot embedded finance solutions, including invoice factoring, supply-chain finance, or buy-now-pay-later products for farmers.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in marketplaces, fintech, or financial services platforms.

Strong understanding of financial operations, credit products, and revenue systems.

Experience working with third-party financial institutions or embedded finance APIs.

Deep knowledge of accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, P&L, balance sheet).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial processes into scalable product solutions.

High level of English proficiency.
