We’re looking for a versatile Field Application Engineer (FAE) who thrives at the intersection of software and hardware. In this role, you’ll partner with customers to design, deploy, and optimize solutions that combine high-performance compute systems with next-generation AI/ML applications. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where your technical expertise will directly shape real-world impact.

This role is hybrid, based out of Cyprus.

Who You Are

• Experienced Field Application Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Specialist with a background spanning both hardware and software.

• Skilled programmer in Python with working knowledge of C++ and CUDA for parallel processing.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with experience deploying and optimizing models.

• Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for customers.

What We Need

• Technical partner for customers designing AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, vision, and language models.

• Expertise in hardware platforms (CPUs, GPUs, accelerators) to support installation, configuration, and performance optimization.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, and software in Linux environments.

• Contributor to customer success by training users, sharing feedback with engineering, and staying current on AI and hardware advancements.
