This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team operating at the core of ARCHIMED’s value creation strategy.
You will contribute to the identification, assessment and attraction of senior executives across the portfolio, working directly with investment teams on critical leadership mandates.
This position is particularly suited for a junior professional currently in executive search looking to gain exposure, ownership and proximity to decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search (Core Focus)
• Execute senior leadership searches (CEO, C-suite, Board) across ARCHIMED portfolio companies
• Contribute to search strategy, talent mapping and candidate identification across global healthcare sectors
• Work closely with investment teams on key hiring decisions
Candidate Assessment & Development
• Conduct structured interviews and in-depth assessments of senior executives
• Evaluate leadership capabilities, track record and cultural fit
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-caliber candidates
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
• Develop deep knowledge of healthcare subsectors (MedTech, Pharma Services, Biopharma, etc.)
• Map talent ecosystems and track leadership movements across key markets
• Provide talent insights to support hiring and broader investment thinking
Search Execution
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Maintain strong internal communication and reporting across active mandates
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in executive search, ideally within a leading international firm or a specialized boutique
• Exposure to senior mandates (C-suite / leadership roles)
• Strong interest in healthcare and/or private equity environments
• Ability to assess senior profiles beyond CVs (track record, leadership, impact)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking
• High level of rigor, curiosity and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders (clients and candidates)
• Fluent in French and English
