Role Summary: 

The Heavy Equipment Operator is crucial in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery safely and efficiently. They must ensure that all operations are in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. The role demands precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols to effectively contribute to the project's success.

Qualifications:

5 years experience in shoring and excavation projects is preferred

Technical Skills:

Experienced in Safely working in and around construction sites.

Working around existing utilities Knowledge of safe excavations

Working with blasting

Materials management 

Interpersonal Skills:

Great attitude towards safety

Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to excel in a team atmosphere

Exceptional customer service

Results-oriented
