Position Overview:
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Arctiq’s enterprise technology strategy. You will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their unique business and technical needs, designing and developing innovative, multi-domain solutions that align with their objectives across Arctiq's main practices. Your focus will be on delivering scalable, cost-effective, and outcome-driven architectures that protect and enable our customers’ critical environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead customer discovery sessions to assess current infrastructure, cloud, security, and application environments.
Collaborate with sales teams and clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, multi-domain solution architectures.
Architect and design integrated solutions across data center, virtualization, hybrid cloud, networking, and cybersecurity domains.
Leverage technologies from partners such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, as well as hyperscalers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
Develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to RFPs that clearly articulate Arctiq’s ability to meet customer needs.
Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, cost savings, and risk reduction.
Recommend and validate solutions aligned with industry best practices, compliance standards, and customer-specific requirements.
Present proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Work with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from design to deployment, providing architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle.
Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction, adoption, and identification of expansion opportunities.
Stay current on emerging technologies.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, reference architectures, and best practices.
Partner with internal teams and leadership to influence go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering within a VAR, integrator, or services organization.
Proven track record of consulting with customers to design and deliver enterprise-scale, multi-domain solutions.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, networking, and security concepts and best practices.
Knowledge of licensing models, cost optimization strategies, and vendor program structures
Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Red Hat, and public cloud providers.
Experience supporting complex sales cycles, including solution design, proposal development, and executive presentations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
