ProspectNow.com is looking for highly motivated salespeople to sell subscriptions of its Cloud-based Real Estate and Lender marketing platform to Enterprise-level accounts.  This role is critical and you will have a significant amount of responsibility. You would be conducting outreach to banks, lenders, and insurance companies. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to executives, identifying the needs of the customer, mapping out who the decision makers are, conducting demonstrations and presentations to the decision makers, and managing the process to a successful closing. Your organizational skills and ability to manage up to 30 sales cycles at the same time is critical.

• Proven ability to navigate large organizations to identify key players and decision makers
• Experience in a Quota Carrying Role with a track record of over achievement
• Fearless on the phones, persistent, and good work ethic
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Saas or Software sales
• Positive 'No Quit' attitude
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, google apps, etc
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Banking is a plus

Job Duties:

• Develop and execute a detailed business plan to grow revenue opportunities from new prospects within your market
• Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
• Understand the value of ProspectNow's products and pricing as well as competitive offerings and articulate ProspectNow’s benefits in a manner meaningful to the customer
• Sell the value of ProspectNow products to prospects by articulating how our solutions meet their needs and improve the business process. This will be accomplished through cold calling, consultative selling, and group presentation
• Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast as well as activity tracking
• Participate in trade shows and conferences as required by the business
