Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Platform Architect to drive and align Enterprise Architecture strategic that involve cross-organizational and Enterprise initiatives, Programs various with multi sectors like AI & ML, Cloud Transformations, Application Platforms & Platform Solutioning. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Microservices, AI Gateways, ML, Data & Analytics, OLAP Platforms (Databricks or Snowflake), AWS architecture, API Gateway, networking, security and automation. This role will drive scalable, secure, and cost-efficient platform solutions, working closely with Enterprise Level division, to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
This position requires extensive experience with development lifecycle, understanding of Modern Technology stack, Platform architecture trends and application performance diagnosis on Databricks, AWS services, networking etc.

What you will be responsible for
As Enterprise Application Platform Architect you will
• You will be working with SSIM PPS model, Cross Organization Architects, Platform engineering.
• You will help implement Application Modernization migration and strategies.
• You will lead Development span across global development locations, by understanding current state challenges, help establish a well-considered roadmap.
• You help identify creative solutions for technical Challenges.
• You will manage conflicts with multiple stakeholders while keeping the project goals in focus.
• You will derive cloud solutions for application teams on their modernization and migration.
• You will help drive next gen of service platform.
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
• Prior experience migrating application workloads on a cloud provider (AWS, Databricks) in financial services would be a plus
• Strong knowledge in API Gateway, AI/ML & Event Driven Architecture
• Certifications on the appropriate cloud provider ( e.g,. AWS, Databricks ) would be a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to diplomatically and effectively manage issues across functional teams
• Successful candidate should be enthusiastic, keen to be part of a growing team
• Knowledge on KONG API Gateway is plus
• Sound understanding on architecture frameworks TOGAF or Zachman.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Or Master’s degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required
• 15+ years of solution architecture, design and development delivery experience
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud, Databricks architecture and solutions
• 5 – 7 years in Python or Java as development experience.
• 7+ years of Architecture/Development, Microservices experience as technical architect lead
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Native technologies like Microservices, Containerization and API Services
• 5+ years of experience in OLTP (Oracle and PostgreSQL are desirable),
• Excellent knowledge on Public Cloud tech stack, experience in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise workloads to the cloud
• Prior working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) or waterfall
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
