Enterprise Account Executive
Salary: up to £40,000 + OTE
Location: Stockwell, Central London - Hybrid (London office 1 day per month)
Purpose of Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise Partnerships team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Partnerships you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of LDN’s Enterprise partnerships, with a primary focus on account nurturing, expansion and multi-product adoption. You will support customers acquired through Enterprise and channel-partner route, most commonly via LDN’s Sustainability Academy model to ensure strong customer experience, effective learner outcomes and the identification of further commercial opportunity.
This role balances commercial accountability with customer success discipline, supporting LDN’s ambition to build deeper, broader relationships with Enterprise customers while testing and shaping a more intentional approach to customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account support & expansion
Support a portfolio of Enterprise and Enterprise-adjacent customers to drive account expansion, cross-sell and multi-product adoption
Work alongside Enterprise Partnership Managers to mature customer relationships beyond single-programme engagement
Identify opportunities to introduce additional LDN programmes and Apprenticeship Units based on customer needs
Manage and close ad-hoc enrolments and incremental opportunities, enabling EPMs to focus on larger cohort deployments
Customer Success & relationship management
Act as a consistent point of contact for supported accounts, ensuring high standards of communication and responsiveness
Support effective organisational onboarding in partnership with Delivery teams
Help ensure strong learner starts and joined-up engagement between learners, managers, coaches and customer stakeholders
Monitor customer sentiment and proactively address risks and issues
Channel Partnership enablement
Support customers acquired through channel partnerships, adapting engagement based on customer size and opportunity.
Help shape simpler engagement pathways for non-Enterprise customers secured via channels.
Work collaboratively across teams to ensure clear ownership and handover.
Commercial contribution & opportunity development
Deliver against an annual sales target of c. £500k, primarily through account expansion.
Support opportunity development including discovery, proposal input and stakeholder engagement.
Support selected Enterprise new-business opportunities to build experience of complex deals.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline in Salesforce.
Operational excellence
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate record-keeping.
Support compliance, quality and contractual processes.
Contribute to Enterprise team cadence, learning and best practice sharing.
Indicative KPIs:
Expansion and cross-sell revenue delivered against target.
Number of accounts supported with multi-product adoption.
Customer engagement and retention indicators.
Accuracy and health of expansion pipeline.
Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Experience in apprenticeship sales or B2B sales
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- High levels of organisation, attention to detail and pipeline discipline
- Ability to deliver professional and effective customer meetings
- Customer-centric with strong commercial judgement
- Organised, disciplined and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and development-minded
- Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
Desirable
- Knowledge of apprenticeship funding
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
Progression Opportunities:
