What you must have:
• Strong expertise in Python and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with the Pytest framework
• Solid experience in RAN (4G/5G) testing, including Feature testing, Regression testing, Performance testing
• Good understanding of 4G/5G message flows and associated parameters
• Experience creating complex test plans spanning 4G/5G features and performing root cause analysis
• Strong focus on automation and scripting (high priority for this role)
• Good understanding of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker containers, and basic knowledge of AWS
What you will do:
• Own Automation Infrastructure Design & Integration
• Gather and integrate requirements from the R&D organization
• Define major architectural building blocks and lead key enhancements
• Recommend and initiate system improvements and automation code refactoring
• Review automation infrastructure design and code developed by engineers
• Lead the implementation of new, complex, or large-scale modules/features in an optimized and scalable manner
• Take a hands-on role in Kubernetes (K8s) deployments, adapting deployment models to suit different platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to stabilize and optimize setups.
