Job Description

We don’t need just another “email marketer.” We need someone who can take a list, a lifecycle, and a platform (HubSpot — it’s our oxygen) and make it sing. Someone who knows the difference between blasting emails and building experiences. You’ll architect journeys that move people — from the first click to the long-term relationship.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Writing, designing, building, and shipping emails people actually want to open.
• Owning automation in HubSpot — onboarding, nurture, retention, winbacks.
• Segmenting like a scientist, but telling stories like a human.
• Testing, breaking, learning, repeating.
• Maintaining impeccable list hygiene and ensuring global compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) across all automated workflows.
• Watching the numbers, but never forgetting the person behind them.

The team you will be joining:

This multi-talented inbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You’ll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing stunning product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They’re a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand, and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency in HubSpot's Design Manager; experience with HubL or HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting and template customization is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of global email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and best practices for list hygiene.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
