🚀 En Rekluti (Kruger Corp) buscamos Ejecutivo Comercial de Servicios Educativos para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, conectando oportunidades de formación con personas y organizaciones, transformando vidas.

Serás parte del equipo de Ventas, donde tu misión será identificar, asesorar y cerrar oportunidades comerciales en programas educativos y capacitaciones. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en la expansión del negocio y en la transformación profesional de nuestros clientes.

Tus principales desafíos

• Impulsar la venta consultiva de programas educativos, comprendiendo las necesidades del cliente y generando soluciones de valor.

• Prospectar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en segmentos B2C y B2B, ampliando la cartera de clientes.

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre, asegurando una excelente experiencia del cliente.

• Proponer mejoras a las estrategias comerciales para optimizar resultados y tasas de conversión.
