Job Overview:
Docketly is seeking a high-performing, metrics-driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume legal staffing environment. This leader will drive production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strict performance accountability.
This role is ideal for a high-performance recruiting leader who thrives in structured, KPI-driven environments and can scale performance through coaching, data visibility, and execution rigor.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 7–10 high-volume recruiters
• Drive daily production targets across coverage, scheduling, and fulfillment metrics
• Own team-level KPIs including placements, coverage rates, margin performance, and loss prevention
• Conduct daily stand-ups and metric reviews to reinforce accountability and urgency
• Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed-to-fill, and quality candidate screening
• Monitor hearing losses, drops, and margin adherence in alignment with company performance standards
• Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and adjust coverage strategy in real time
• Ensure adherence to approval processes around cancellations and losses
• Build scalable recruiting processes to increase efficiency and consistency
• Identify, develop, and promote top-performing recruiters
• Address underperformance quickly through structured performance plans and clear expectations
• Maintain strong collaboration with operations and account management teams
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in leading high-volume staffing, coverage, or recruiting environments
• Demonstrated success hitting aggressive weekly and monthly production targets
• Proven experience coaching recruiters to improve output, quality, and urgency
• Strong understanding of staffing metrics, margin management, and loss prevention
• Data-driven decision-maker who uses dashboards and KPIs to lead
• Comfortable in performance-accountability environments
• Able to balance speed with quality
• High ownership mentality — solves problems without escalation
• Develops bench strength and succession-ready talent
• Leads with clarity, directness, and measurable expectations

Pay Range: $63,000-$75,000-based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
