Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Mid-Senior Red Hat Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This role requires proven expertise in large-scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, focusing on automation and DevOps principles. The professional will be a key contributor, actively designing, implementing, and optimizing critical RHEL infrastructure and automation frameworks.

• Install, configure, and maintain large-scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead infrastructure automation and configuration management using the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
• Develop and optimize advanced Shell (Bash) and Python scripts for automating administrative routines, patching, and deployments.
• Lead complex incident resolution (Level 3) and conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in mission-critical RHEL production environments.
• Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
• Actively apply DevOps best practices (e.g., Infrastructure as Code) to enhance system resilience and continuous delivery.
• Implement and enforce RHEL security policies, including SELinux, firewalling, and identity management.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions with a focus on optimizing Linux environments.

• Proven experience in Linux System Administration, with a strong focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Proficiency in Automation and Configuration Management tools, specifically Ansible.
• Strong command of scripting with Shell (Bash) and Python for administrative tasks and automation.
• Experience with the ELK Stack and Grafana for monitoring and log analysis.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps principles and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as KVM or VMWare.
• Advanced capability in troubleshooting and resolving complex system and network issues.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is a plus.
