We are seeking a specialized and highly experienced Citrix Expert Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This professional will be the technical lead for our enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery platforms, driving the architecture, security, and optimization of the end-user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture and Design: Design, implement, and maintain the complex Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure (XenApp/XenDesktop) in multi-site or cloud environments.
• Networking and Security: Expert management and administration of Citrix NetScaler (ADC), covering Load Balancing, SSL Offloading, Gateway, and GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing).
• Performance Optimization: Perform advanced performance tuning on the entire Citrix stack (server, profile management - e.g., FSLogix, and user sessions) to guarantee a superior user experience (UX).
• Incident and RCA Leadership: Act as the highest escalation point (L3/L4) for all critical incidents related to the Citrix platform, conducting complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Provisioning and Image Management: Administer and optimize Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) or Machine Creation Services (MCS) for the management of master images (Golden Images).
• Automation and Scripting: Leverage PowerShell (crucial for Citrix/Windows) and other scripting languages to automate complex administrative tasks and system health checks.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies specific to Citrix and VDI environments, integrating with Active Directory/GPO and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• System Upgrades and Patching: Lead the planning and execution of major version upgrades and patch management across all Citrix components.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain high-level and detailed design documentation, operational manuals, and disaster recovery procedures.

• Extensive experience (Expert Level) in designing, implementing, and managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Citrix NetScaler / Application Delivery Controller (ADC) administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and related services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) crucial for VDI environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting for advanced automation and infrastructure management tasks.
• Experience with user profile management solutions (e.g., FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management).
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or Cloud-based virtualization).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, end-to-end user experience issues across the Citrix stack.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including mentoring junior engineers.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
