We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to drive technical excellence in our AI initiatives. You will act with high-impact projects, serving as a hands-on guide for the teams and a trusted advisor for strategic decisions. Your focus is on building and scaling intelligent systems.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the Tech Lead for complex AI projects, ensuring high-quality implementation and technical rigor.

• Design and optimize production-ready AI solutions, moving beyond prototypes to scalable systems.

• Experiment with and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems to solve real-world problems.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices within the team.

• Work closely with the Area Manager to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, proactively identifying new tools and techniques to integrate into our stack.

• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

• Strong foundation in classical ML, with deep practical experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and Multi-agent systems.

• Proficiency in Python and core frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience with advanced decision-support systems, real-time predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.

• Solid understanding of data pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Expertise in model evaluation, feature engineering, and ensuring model interpretability/reliability.

• Experience with graph-based algorithms, time-series forecasting, or probabilistic models.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Advanced degrees are welcome).
