The Role

We’re looking for a visible, driven, and strategic yet hands‑on sales leader who can elevate an already high‑performing team and accelerate our growth across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll build and execute the GTM strategy to maximise and fast‑track our growth in Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for a leader who is operationally excellent, able to hold the team accountable, and ensure accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and strong Salesforce hygiene.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new and existing accounts within defined territory

• Complete and maintain a territory sales plan which outlines a road map to success

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding your monthly and annual quota by proactively prospecting for the Entitle solution and opportunities with new and existing customers

• Responsible for sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and account management through the close cycle

• Partner closely with Vice President, SE’s, PAM’s and wider BeyondTrust Sales teams to deliver strategic goals for selling the Entitle solution

• Work closely with Entitle Founder/CEO and VP Sales in executing on International Entitle Revenue goals

• Align with SDR team to proactively cover your total addressable market (focus and non-focus territory accounts)

• Attend high-value corporate trade shows and events

• Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce

• Schedule and conduct Entitle demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers and partners

• Execute and lead Entitle Proof-of-Concepts and earn Technical Wins

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years customer-facing sales leadership experience with security, PAM, Identity Management, or IT related software

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota

• Established network and relationships with senior IT professionals and withing the BT EMEA salesforce

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Ability to travel within defined region

• Ability to quickly become an expert in the Entitle solution and lead successful Entitle demonstrations to customers and prospects
