We are seeking a Director Sales EMEA (F/H) based in Boulogne-Billancourt to take the sales activities operationally to the next level, generate growth and to train and develop the team.

To strengthen their team, A2MAC1 is looking for a Director Sales EMEA based in France to take the sales activities operationally to the next level, generate growth and to train and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Lead and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth by revitalizing the core product and ensuring the successful launch of new products across the EMEA region.
• Team Development: Implement and refine a value-based selling approach while training, mentoring, and empowering the sales team to foster a culture of autonomy, ownership, and proactivity, driving both individual and collective performance.
• Hiring Top Talent: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing sales professionals to build a strong, scalable sales organization.
• Market Strategy: Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to increase market share, penetrate new markets, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs.


Requirements:
Professional Background

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and launching products in the EMEA region, with a strong understanding of market dynamics in the automotive industry.
• Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on fostering autonomy and accountability.
• Talent Acquisition: Strong ability to identify and recruit top-tier talent to build and scale sales organizations.
• Hands-on Execution: Proven ability to execute sales strategies effectively and work directly with the team on the ground to drive results.
• Industry Knowledge: demonstrated experience in the automotive industry or in the “Data / Software as a Service”-field, with an understanding of complex sales cycles and customer-centric approaches with OEMs and Tier 1 OES.
• Technical Sales Expertise: Understanding of technology and data products, with experience selling to R&D centers and engineers, managing sales cycles ranging from 3 months (SME)

Skills & Abilities

• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a knack for motivating teams and influencing stakeholders. Strong collaboration profile with internal and external leaders
• Business proficiency in French and English required
• Business proficiency in German and/or another central European language is a plus
