About the Role

Securiti.ai is looking for a heavyweight technical leader in Karachi to spearhead our Global Automation strategy. You will lead the "center of excellence" for quality, overseeing a large team of SDETs and Lead Engineers tasked with testing the world’s first Data Command Center.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our SJC product vision and KHI execution. You will move beyond standard regression, building specialized frameworks to test Graph Database integrity, AI Agentic workflows, and Hyperscale Data Connectors.

What You’ll Do

Local Leadership & Global Sync

• Scale the KHI Hub: Lead the hiring, mentoring, and retention of a 40+ person SDET team in Karachi, ensuring high technical standards and alignment with Silicon Valley engineering culture.

• Architecture Ownership: Own the design of automation frameworks that support Connectors, Gencore (AI Agents), and Platform Services, ensuring they scale to handle petabytes of data.

• Shift-Left Integration: Work with the KHI-based Backend and Frontend development teams to ensure local QA is deeply embedded in the "Feature-Lead" lifecycle.

AI & Data Quality Innovation

• LLM-on-LLM Testing: Lead the Karachi team in building "Auto-evaluators" that use GenAI to validate the accuracy and security of our own AI models.

• Graph & Performance Testing: Supervise the validation of complex relationships in Neo4j and Amazon Neptune, ensuring multi-hop security queries remain performant at scale.

• Connector Reliability: Oversee the automated testing of 100+ connectors (Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce), ensuring data integrity across diverse SaaS/IaaS schemas.

Operational Excellence

• CI/CD Orchestration: Ensure the Karachi team maintains seamless integration with global Jenkins/GitOps pipelines, managing "Green-Build" status across multi-cloud environments.

• Technical Mentorship: Be the "Engineer’s Director"—able to dive into Python/Go code, debug complex distributed system failures, and guide Senior SDETs through architectural bottlenecks.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 12+ years in Software Engineering/Quality, with at least 4+ years in a Director or Head of Department role within a reputable high-tech firm or global product company.

• Technical Stack:
* Expert-level Python or GoLang (Essential).

• Deep experience with PyTest, Playwright, or Selenium.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL (Elastic), and Graph (Neo4j).

• AI Literacy: Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and the non-deterministic nature of testing GenAI outputs (RAG, prompt injection).

• Distributed Systems: Proven track record of testing microservices at scale and understanding "eventual consistency" in data platforms.

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science from a top-tier university (NUST, FAST, GIKI, or international equivalent preferred).

• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills to act as the primary liaison between KHI engineering and SJC leadership.
