Role Overview 

The Director of Supply Chain Management is a hands-on, data-driven leader responsible for elevating and scaling LAI Games’ global supply chain capabilities end-to-end. This role will strengthen core operational disciplines with standardized processes, KPI rigor, and performance visibility, while advancing the organization toward a more agile, resilient, and digitally enabled global network. 

This role will enhance supply chain execution by establishing clear tracking, measurement, and accountability across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment. Building on these foundations, the role will lead the adoption of advanced systems, automation, and AI-driven tools as the business grows. 

Success in this role requires a leader who balances strategy with execution—someone who is comfortable setting direction while actively engaging in problem-solving, driving improvements, and developing team capability. This role will also play a key role in strengthening customer delivery performance, managing escalations, and ensuring consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strengthen Supply Chain Foundations

Establish clear operating rhythms, governance, and accountability across global supply chain functions.  

Define and implement a robust KPI framework (OTD, lead time, inventory, cost, supplier performance) with consistent tracking and review cadence.  

Enhance data visibility through dashboards and standardized reporting to support fact-based decision-making.  

Assess and develop team capabilities to support a high-performing, scalable organization.

2.Hands-On Operational Leadership

Take ownership of day-to-day supply chain performance, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.  

Lead structured root-cause problem solving across planning, procurement, production, and logistics.  

Improve on-time delivery (OTD), backlog management, and order fulfillment reliability.  

Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to align demand and supply execution.  

 3. Scale Through Data, Systems, and Digital Transformation

Lead ERP optimization and process integration across planning, purchasing, logistics, and fulfillment.  

Transition processes toward more structured, data-driven planning and execution.  

Implement advanced planning tools, forecasting models, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.  

Champion the adoption of digital technologies, including AI-driven analytics and decision-support tools, in line with business growth.  

4. Customer Performance & Escalation Management

Own end-to-end delivery performance and service reliability for global customers.  

Act as the senior supply chain lead in customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.  

Promote proactive issue management and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.  

Translate customer requirements into operational priorities and measurable service outcomes. 

5. Strategic Sourcing & Supply Resilience

Evolve sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and risk management.  

Expand supplier and sourcing diversification to mitigate geopolitical and component shortages risk.  

Enhance supplier performance management through structured reviews and data-driven scorecards.  

Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers aligned to business growth.  

Ideal Candidate Profile 

Experience 

Proven track record as a hands-on supply chain leader driving measurable operational improvements in complex, multi-regional environments (such as US and Asia-Pacific). 

Strong experience establishing KPI frameworks, performance tracking, and management operating systems.  

Ability to use data to diagnose issues, guide decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.  

Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and leveraging automation, advanced analytics, or AI to improve planning and execution. 

Experience scaling supply chain operations efficiently, improving productivity and outcomes without relying on proportional headcount growth. 

Comfortable operating across both strategic and execution levels, including customer escalation management and cross-functional problem-solving. 

10–15 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.  

Background in manufacturing, electronics, or equipment industries preferred.

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.  

MBA or Master’s in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
