1. Digitization Strategy Setup and Realization 数字化战略的制定和实现：

2. Digital Process Design & Implementation 数字工艺设计与实施：

数字化解决方案：设计并实施自动化、物联网等技术优化生产。Design and implement automation, IoT, and other digital solutions to optimize production.

3. Data-Driven Process Improvement 基于数据的流程改进：

1. Education Background 教育背景：

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, or related fields.本科及以上学历，工程、制造、信息技术或相关领域。

Certifications in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, etc. are a plus.数字化转型、工业4.0、自动化等相关认证优先。

2. Work Experience 工作经验：

At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, production automation, or system implementation in manufacturing.5年以上制造业数字化转型、生产自动化或信息系统实施经验。

Experience in cross-functional project management and driving digital project implementation.有跨部门项目管理经验，能推动数字化项目的实施。

3. Technical Skills 技术能力：

Familiar with automation, IoT, digital twins, data analytics, etc.熟悉自动化、物联网、数字孪生、数据分析等数字化技术。

Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and system integration (CAD/CAM, MES, ERP).了解工业4.0技术及制造系统集成（如CAD/CAM、MES、ERP）。

4. Leadership & Collaboration Skills 领导与协作能力：

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital project execution.具备领导跨职能团队的能力，推动数字化项目的落地。
