Job Description
Purpose: The Digital Transformation Engineer support implements of effective digital initiatives and solutions to drive enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and deploy the right digital technologies/ solutions that align with departmental and company goals.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
• Serve as the one‑point contact for end‑to‑end digital transformation projects, as bridge between Business, Technology, Data, and Security to ensure align with business goals and successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, corporate IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective digital solutions.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, and design data models, dashboards, and reports to enable the use of data as information to drive action to meet KPI.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide application support for business‑critical application by managing application licenses, troubleshooting issues, and managing user requests to ensure continuous and reliable operational performance.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and adopt relevant emerging digital technologies to enhance manufacturing and business processes.
• Design and maintain solution architecture to ensure it is secured, scalable, maintainable, and compliant with cybersecurity and data protection standards.
• Provide technical consulting, developer support, and user training to ensure successful adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by actively contributing to digital initiatives and proposing enhancements to increase operational efficiency, adaptability, and long-term business value.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital transformation or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate and Microsoft Excel. Proficient in SQL, Python and Excel VBA.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience in project execution, including documentation, testing, and user training.
• Certifications in PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
