Position Overview:

SSC HR Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations by automating and streamlining our infrastructure, ensuring fast and reliable deployment pipelines, and continuously improving system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications and services.
• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure security best practices are embedded in deployment and infrastructure processes.
• Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• As we scale, we are looking for a candidate who can take ownership of the following key areas:
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Actively managing and optimizing cloud hosting costs while improving system response times.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Implementing and maintaining robust automated deployment pipelines to ensure seamless code delivery.
• Infrastructure Reliability: Maintaining near 100% uptime through proactive monitoring, alerting, and auto-scaling configurations.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Using tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage our environment and ensure high availability.
• Security & Backups: Integrating security best practices into the workflow and managing disaster recovery protocols.

• Strong understanding of Linux system administration and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
